William Farrett

Dr. William Farrett graduated second in his class with multiple honors from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, PA in 1995. Prior to attending Temple University, Dr. Farrett graduated from New York University with a B.A. cum laude in three years. Dr. Farrett successfully completed a reconstructive surgical residency at Presbyterian/St Luke’s (Highland’s) from 1995-1998. He continues to be an active attending physician and member of the Residency Committee at Highlands/PSL residency program. He is part-time faculty in the Department of Surgery at Presbyterian/St Luke’s Medical Center, Denver.

 

Dr. Farrett began private practice in Englewood, Colorado and now practices in Highlands Ranch and Denver, Colorado. He is an Assistant Residency Director, Clinic Director, and Clerkship Director at Highlands/PSL Surgical Residency. Dr. Farrett is Board Certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery.

 

Dr. Farrett has lectured to diverse audiences and authored multiple papers regarding innovative care of the lower extremities. Dr. Farrett is Co-Founder of the Highlands Foot and Ankle Institute with Dr. Matthew Paden in 2006.

 

Dr. Farrett lives with his two sons in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. He enjoys Nordic skiing, and road cycling. He is an avid runner who has competed the Leadville 100 mile foot race twice and multiple 50 mile foot races.
